What is the Criteria to Set-up an Account?

A pet specialty retail store is a brick-and-mortar store (with a retail storefront) with posted hours that carry a wide assortment of pet products.
A pet-focused delivery service. It does not have brick-and-mortar, but delivers pet food to consumers in a specific area.
Our minimum order for delivery is $450.00.
Your business must be within our service area in the state of Florida.
A copy of your Resale Tax Certificate is required to open an account.

How Do I Start the Process to Becoming a Customer?

* You will be required to fill out our New Dealer Application
* Once you’re set up as a customer, you can create an online account to shop and view orders

How Do I Place my Order?

Set up an account, and once you are approved, you can use our Paws for Health Shopping Website, which is only accessible with a verified account.

When ordering via email, please use complete 10 or 12 digit UPC codes to assure accuracy.
Orders need to be submitted by order times on assigned days.

How Do I Pay for my Orders?

* All orders are paid on delivery.
* You can pay by cash, check, or credit card. Credit cards incur a 3% fee.

What are the Delivery Requirements?

* Orders are delivered weekly on a Paws for Health Freezer Truck on Pre-Determined Delivery Days.
* Paws for Health Truck Delivery – Weekly schedule
* Minimum order of $450 is required for delivery. Orders below minimum will not be shipped
* Delivery Fee applies
* If for any reason, not of our making, we are unable to deliver an order, we reserve the right to assess a redelivery fee.
* Pick-up – Monday through Wednesday
* Orders are available for pick-up by appointment
* Orders can be picked up the same day they are placed, but please allow 2 hours for order completion.
